Naughty Comrade’s Resident Artist Program offers talented tattooists a home base in the heart of Vancouver. Unlike short‑term guest spots, our residency is designed for artists who want to build a lasting relationship with our studio and our community. Whether you’re relocating or looking for a studio where you can grow your clientele, we provide the support and space you need to flourish. We are currently in the process of securing an LMIA & Work Permit for an artist.
Artists who rent space from us will be given priority when we are able to make additional applications.
We are looking for experienced and talented international artists to work with us!

Yes. We welcome artists visiting from outside Canada. If you're looking for information about an LMIA, please contact us.
We supply everything you need, including needles/cartridges and inks, plus an adjustable client chair/bed, arm rest, LED lighting, sharps disposal, barrier film, surface disinfectant, gloves, wrap/tape, and setup/tear-down essentials. Bring your own machines and power supply if you have specific preferences.
